Can you post private please. I have 2 kids with my ex partner we separated recently hes hit me with a glass hes verbally abused me for 2 years hes cheated on me and now he’s walked away from his kids. He’s a coke head and I’m sure an alcoholic. He has never got any of his kids anything. I did Xmas on my own. I have miscarriages because of him. Social services told me to stay away as hes been done for domestic violence before. So why can’t I stop thinking about him and crying constantly I don’t even fancy him. But I think hes got that far into my head I’m constantly thinking about getting back with him and how much I love him. How can I get over this 😭 please help xxxxx
