Any other mummies on here that suffer with agoraphobia? How bad is it? I’m at the point I don’t go anywhere and I have kids which do get out due to family so they’re fine, I’m waiting on more counselling and have just started anti depressants
I’ve been like this since being a teenager
No bashing please I know I shouldn’t of had kids while I have this illness but they’re my miracles and if I didn’t have them I don’t even think I’d be here they’re what keep me going and I do FORCE myself out if they need something. Would just like some one to talk to who suffers it too as I feel alone it’s such a weird illness and I get judged all the time that I’m a crap mum and all that….
