Could I get a PP plz…

Girls I need advice. I’ve rung 111 jus waiting for a call back, I woke up this morning and no word of a lie my insides feel like they’re gunna fall out of my fuf! I’m in terrible pain and I’ve got a very back lower back also. Does anyone kno wha this could be as I’m in total agony right now. Cheers for reading x
