Bit of history Me and my partner of 4 years we have a 1 year old together he cheated on me with a younger girl when first got together and I forgave him carried on … anyway tonight I went to use his phone when he fell asleep to ring my dad and I stupidly checked the internet now he constantly watches porn all he ever wants is SEX and it’s got me down so much about myself well tonight I’ve seen messages to another girl about sex and him watching porn again so me feeling sick and head a mess woke him up and confronted him he done the oh it wasn’t me act and told me he done and leaving he be back for his stuff tomorrow so I said leave in morning as pissing down and has no where to go but he still left I don’t know where he gone my heart telling me he gone to some girls house …. please tell me if I’ve over reacted please feel like shit right now

Firstly he said his leaving you to make you feel bad like it’s your fault.
Cheating men always use the it wasn’t me excuse even when you see it with your own eyes but you will start to doubt yourself.
