Hiya just wondering if i could have a private post please??
I applied to be on the council list then added my partner onto it, we got accepted for a house because of his local connection.. we have lived there 8 nearly 9 months, he pays all the bills etc as im not working atm, (looking for one that works round my child) if we split up whos house would it be? Mine or his? Whenever rent is late council ring me does that mean im responsible for bills etc even though i dont pay them?

If you’re both on tbe tenancy then its both your responsibility. If you split you will need to decide between you who stays and who leaves.
