Could I get a private post please: basically I have split up with my partner & he moves out next week then o will be moving to a smaller house we both work & get tax credits help towards my little ones child care my question is do I ring them now to change claim from couple to single or after he’s moved out would anyone know? Also has anyone had to d this recently did it take long? Thank you 🙂

You’ll be classed as a couple til he moves out
I think you can let them know now and it will take affect when he moves out
The he’s moved out, then you can ring everybody at the same time saying he’s moved out today xx
