Could I have a post and keep it private? My boyfriend has recently confided in me telling me he is depressed, he told me he has been keeping a diary. I found the diary while tidying up in the bedroom (it was under the mattress) I read it, which I know was wrong of me but anyway, I didn’t realize the depth of the depression, it dates as far back as Nov last year and there are a lot of pages about suicide. I have spoken to him, not about the diary but he keeps locking himself up and won’t be open with me about it. What can I do? I know he won’t see a doctor or anything because he thinks he’s being silly but I’m worried about him. Thanks in advance X
