Could i have a ppp
So i just need advice on this
So my LO is 11 months and hes biological father has just messaged me saying he now wants to see LO.
He said he never wanted any responsibilty whatso ever when he was born so ive never had a penny or support from him.
I will let him have contact but as advised by the police he isnt allowed LO on his own ( he lives ages away too ) also police have said he needs supervised contact at all times.
I was wondering how id go about maintenance without the csa getting involved. How much does he have to pay and would he need to backdate what he hasnt paid?.
Im fuming with him as now hes relationship has fallen through he now wants contact. But its not fair on my LO to not know his dad.. ive never denied contact, so i will accept a hour contact to start off with.

csa is less stressful and he cant say ‘aw im short this week’ or ‘well i got less time with him this week’
youll need to contact ss or a contact centre to set up supervised visits. you couldnt be available everytime in future
I wouldn’t let him sorry but we can’t pick and choose why should they choose when to decide to be a parent! Disgusting make him take you court xx
You maybe need to contact social services to arrange supervision and I’d go through csa for money it’s less stressful. Xx
