Could I have a PPP?
My partner has a child to his ex & she’s stopped him seeing the child for no apparent reason. Hes on the birth certificate. He’s tried going to her house to speak to her which resulted her slamming the door on him. He’s tried messaging her on fb which she blocked she’s blocked everything. He’s never missed a payment since the child has been born. Hes pays £200 a month not through CSA. Is there anything my partner can do to go about seeing his child? He’s tried lawyers but just cant afford it it cost far too much money, specially when she’s knocking everything back which is costing him more. I hate seeing him like this its heartbreaking & there’s nothing I can do to help😔 Any advice would be appreciated. Tia x
