Could i have a private post please.
Hi every one im a mother of a 2 year old its just me and her. Im on universal credit as i was working small hours in a nursey up untill i had to leave due to starting up my buissness. I go to regular meetings at the jobcentre and they help me with my buissness start up ect how ever i missed a meeting last week because my nan who i lived with growing up suddenly died the day before. So i had other things on my mind and i completly forgot to attend. Iv recived a letter today to say i missed the meeting and my money could be stopped unless i called ic just called and told them i had to be admited to hosp with food poisning i no i lied but i still feel raw i cant speak about my nans passing without getting so upset and angry. They saod thats fine bit they want proof from the hospital. I see my advisor next week and she will be expecting the proof my question is if i come clean will they give me bennifit of the doubt im just absoultly heart broken and now im worring myself thinking i wont get my money this month resulting in my rent not getting paid and my last bits i need to get my buissness up and running. So i come off benifits. Please no bashing i know im in the wrong and i no im telling you lot about it but couldnt tell them on the phone i can ball my eyes out while i type u cant see or hear me they can sorry for long post.
