Could I have a private post please.
I am 11 weeks pregnant with my second child. Yesterday I had a bleed and was quite concerned, so I visited the Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit this morning and had a scan to be told I had a subchorionic hematoma, and that they are fairly common in pregnancy. I never had anything like this with my first pregnancy so I was just wondering if anyone else has had this, and has it caused any complications? I was told it was nothing to worry about as the baby is fine, but I’m not convinced and would rather know if there are any risks involved. Any experiences and comments will be appreciated. OK I didn’t realise that this is what I had but now I’ve read up it fits, I haemorrhaged at 9 & 10 weeks which scared me each time especially after having had two miscarriages but all continued well and I now have a 13 week old baby girl.
I had one of these a huge one next to the sac and was told it was touch and go wether the baby would be ok but it went away on its own and that baby is 4 this year lol xxx
