Could I have a private post please, I’m really struggling at the mo, just over a month ago I had a termination due to the fact that one had failed to live after conception and the remaining g twin wasn’t developing properly, plus I’ve only just given birth to my daughter 5 and a half months ago, also I have severe endometriosis and am having a hysterectomy nxt month, it was honestly the hardest decision me and my partner have ever had to make and it wasn’t an easy one, I’m really not coping with any of it, the procedure it’s self was traumatizing but I’m now having nightmares and keeping my partner awake by screaming and lashing out in my sleep, I carry so much guilt and wish things had have been different but sadly things are as they are, my question is, does this horrible feeling ever pass?

I’m so sorry for your losses!
Let me tell you something, if your remaining twin wasn’t growing properly then the chances are the pregnancy would of ended in a miscarriage anyway.
What happened isn’t your fault! Please go to your GP and ask to be refered for counselling!
I hope you start to feel better soon xx
You should speak to your doctor, get some counselling and allow yourself time to grieve x
