Could i have a private post please? My ex already has set nights to see his son he is now wanting more to which i firstly declined as always tells me he cannot cope with his son. I have now offered a few extra hours a week to see how it goes. He is on the birth certificate but i just wanted to know what rights he has over the little one? I think he is trying to take me to court but as i dont have the money for this i dont know how it would work? Any advice would be great
