Could I have a private post please.

So last Tuesday I went to have my smear test. I knew I was late getting my depo injection so nurse checked I was a month late. She was surprised I hadn’t had a period. So she done a pregnancy test. Came up negative. She went ahead and done the smear. Also gave me my depo injection. Couple of hours later I had to take my son to same nurse for his needles. She told me at that appointment she had consulted with another nurse who said she shouldn’t have done the smear and waited 3 weeks to do another pregnancy test, also she should have waited to do depo. (I have to take a urine sample in in 2 weeks) anyway what’s done is done however now I’m really worried as I’ve had a brown discharge since last night. Not sure what to do. Never had this or a period In a year since starting my depo.
Any advise would be great. Thank you xx
