Could I have a private post please ?

This is one seriously messed up post but if any one can give an opinion on this it would be a huge help …
My little sister is 13 and tonight I found a hate account on instagram about her with a #hate…..(her name) the page was called the same and there was her selfies on there with arrows pointing saying like if you hate this girl (had 16 likes in 25 minutes ) anyway I got in touch with my mum and my sister has apparently shown my mum she’s made the hate page about herself because she wanted to see if people hate her ? To me I think the girl needs some serious help if she’s gone to the extent of making a hate page about herself but my mum doesn’t seem concerned what do others think ?

I’m already planning on bringing the issue up with her tomorrow when I see her and showing her some stuff in the news about how some people kill themselves after having these hate pages made about them so she realises how stupid it was but can anyone explain why she would have done this !? Thankyou xx
