Could I have a private post please?

When I was 15 I was told I had polycystic ovaries the only tell tale sign was that my pain was horrendous and periods were so traumatic some times I couldn’t leave the house, in regards to extra hair it was manageable. Anyway, I’m now 24 and not long since had a little girl and I’m guessing it’s with all the hormone changes, I’ve become extremely hairy!! I shaved my arms anyway due to the hair but, my face is more the problem now some times I’m shaving twice a day. I know they used to help on the NHS but, I don’t think they do any more in regards to hair removal and I haven’t really got the funds to folk out for it privately sadly. I’ve never felt less of a women, my partner is really supportive and tells me how beautiful I am every day and how we will save for the hair removal but it seems so far away, it’s getting to the point in so embarrassed i don’t want to leave the house. My question is, does anyone else suffer with ridiculous unwanted hair growth and other than shaving what the most effective ways to keep it down? TIA
