Could I have a private post please?
My partner ALWAYS throws BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) in my face… I’ve been to the Drs to be diagnosed before but they sent me to CAHMS which quite honestly, they don’t do anything (from previous experience)
Drs won’t give me anything medication wise due to me trying to over-dose many times in the past
I’ve got a son now however and I feel as though I have calmed down loads compared to what I used to be like (I’ve also been told this by people who have known me all my life)
Me and my son’s dad have been going through quite a rough year I don’t know if I can control myself anymore! I feel like he’s fucking with my head… It’s getting to the point where I don’t want to leave my bedroom again cause that’s the only place where I know nothing that has been said or done has been my fault cause they have came to me..
Anybody know how to control their emotions better?? What should I do??? I can’t stay in my room all my life… I most definitely don’t want to ever lose control with my son either!

By reading your post, I really feel for you hon.
Brutal suggestion would be, cutting off your relationship with him, would possibly solve the problems your having?
Sounds like he is emotionally messing with you.
And in my experience, it only goes downhill once they start that.

Nope I have this and in the moment cannot control it however CBT therapy is supposed to be good works foe some not all but worth trying x
