Could I have private post please.. I try to make as short as possible so basically we bought a dog from women who was selling him for £50 still have all the messages etc but she never told her kids she sold him told them we stole him so last night ended up with the police at my house as her kids were chucking stones at my windows and there mum was trying to open my door and booting it had hands through my letter box and I have little boys who’s just about 2 and I’m 6and half months pregnant was just wondering where I would stand if I went to the council about emergency housing as don’t feel safe living here with my son. Just looking to see if anyone’s been through something similar ? Thanks in advance

Can I reply yeah I did she got one last night but the police said they don’t think that’s the end of it as there well knowing to them Xxx
Can also add yeah I showed the police all the messages last night and she said in one of them she’s glad she got rid of the dog so dose not have leg to stand on really thanks everyone x
Report her to the police keep all messages and show them the ones which agreed on the sale the council won’t move people after just one incident it has to be an angoing thing for it to be harassment of sorts
Get the dog microchipped in your name then if she ever comes and takes the dog or there’s a problem in future at least microchip is a proof of ownership. Xx
If you’ve got the proof ring the police show them the proof and ask them to put an harassment order on her x
Report her to police and they should give her a warning if she doesn’t stop they can put a injunction xx
