Could i have private post pls,

We have been receiving housing benefit to help us and my partner had to change jobs so over a month ago they stopped paying us to recalculate. He gets about £30-50 extra a week yet we received a letter finally yesterday that we are not eligable anymore because they calculated his pay wrong and somehow worked it out that he receivea over £200 more a week (not sure how they made that mistake but they did) now we are in very difficult situation and having difficulties paying bills and obviously we will appeal the decision but it will take most likely another month before we hear from them again. Is there any other help we can temporariky recive until they sort that out?
