Could u do a new post for me please?
Having a bit of bother with my ex partner threatening to take me to court for access, I haven’t accepted any type of access to him unsupervised as he’s violent, abusive and always in trouble with the law,
He just got the electronic tag from the courts today for 3 months.
My question is mums how long will it take to get to court is there a fast track way or does it take time and what are his chances of getting unsupervised
He hasn’t contacted me in 3 weeks as he’s been out drinking and that’s when his behaviour escalates.
