Could you do a private post for me please,

I’m on the implant, and recently I’ve been getting a really metallic taste in my mouth, and been feeling rather sick the last couple of days.. I’m just wondering has anyone ever actually fell pregnant on the implant?
I’ve been bleeding since having it put in too.
