Could you do an embarrassing post please 🙈

When I gave birth I had a 3rd degree tear. I got stitched up but I’m left with some sort of over hanging skin near my bottom, my partner was messing around the other day and said I don’t want that near my face. It was only a joke but it’s made me feel SO paranoid now and I have the thought of doing it with him. I hated myself as it was but this has made me feel worse 😂 is there any way I could get it removed at all? X
