Temperature in LOs room is 23 degrees. Very warm room anyway and warm weather not helping. I was worried about her being too warm and overheating so shes is sleeping in just her sleepsuit at the mo. Now im worried she wi be too cold in the night. What do your babys sleep in when its warm? And do they wake and let you know of they are cold?

My little boy has gone to sleep in a sleep suit. No vest under, if he gets cold he will wake up in the night I wouldn’t worry. In this heat it’s very unlikely she will get cold, if she does she will wake up. Better to be cooler than warmer xx
