Could you pp please am going out my mind. Thankyou

I came off the coil had one shot of the depo never went back for my other one that was due. Since it ran out I had a normal period instantly which lasted for a week I am now a week late on my period I had a light spotting a week before I was due my period but was so faint & was one day spotting then none then another day then finished. my nipples feel so sore when I touch them. I’ve taken 2 tests one at 4 days late it was a negative and one 6 days late negative again. I’ve had thick white discharge. I don’t know weather I’m testing too early or if my period isn’t back to normal yet. Anyone have any idea it’s sending me wild thinking about it
