So my son is 11.5 months. I’m breastfeeding. I gradually cut him down to morning and night only. Then I had an awful night and he was up every half hour and only for comfort.

So I’ve not gave it him since 6.30am yest morning. Im rocking him to sleep instead. I’m all full. My head is pounding and I’m freezing! How do I get rid of this milk. I’m in so much pain
