My daughter had these they just disappeared over time. I think it was calcified skin where she had blood taken as a new born. However i would still get it checked out if you are worried. My daughter’s, felt hard but didn’t move. My first thought though was hand foot and mouth.
Check if its fluid filled or more solid like a wart or veruca but id say maybe check with health visitor might just be a spot caused from a particle of bacteria picked up from carpet or outside
I’d put his feet in the kitchen with Luke warm water and see Does it get biggest I’d burst it as it’s full of puss. It’s definitely not hand foot and mouth .
My daughter has got one she had it for 8 years she’s 9 they said it was from her heal prick dunno how true that was though x

Hand foot and mouth I would guess. They are white fluid filled blister type spots. Keep an eye out for anymore popping up xx
