Does anyone know what this is on my sons face? He’s teething really bad so wondered if it was dribble rash but he’s 18 months old so wasn’t sure. Thought it could be hand foot and mouth but no spots anywhere else. I’ll get him a GP appointment tomorrow thanks

My little girl had recently had hand foot and mouth and this is how hers started and then got 1 spot on her foot, the doctors will just give you some cream for his face xxx
My girl didn’t have any on her hands or feet but they said it was still hand foot and mouth
