Evening all can I get advice please. Split with my sons dad and he won’t agree set days/times to see his son he will drag it out as long as poss while telling people I’m not letting him see him. Can I go to a solicitor get them to write him a letter stating he can have him every sat 10am – sun 10am so he knows I just want it in place. Is this possible? How much would it cost thanks xx
