Good evening
Can I have a private post.
My daughter is in year 2 and lately she has been coming home saying if you don’t write as fast as everyone else you will be kept in at break times and lunch time to write also if your parent doesn’t sign your reading log you will be kept in too
I was wondering A) is this allowed b) can we withdraw our children from this
They are 6 and 7 years old and I feel this is quite extreme different if it was a behaviour issue, I have spoken to other parents in the class who also share the same concern
