Hello any advice would be great my and my husband split up nearly a year ago he has our daughter and my son who he has brought up for 5 years every other weekend he used to have a Tuesday but stopped well today because I wouldn’t let him take our daughter after her play school leavers do because she wanted to stay for the rest of the party that his going to ruin me in court so I’m assuming that mean get custody or joint custody I’m scared of losing my daughter he life 30 mins away from me and is a removals lorry driver so can start work at 5 in the morning and not finish till 7 or 11 at night there is no agreed time he pick our children up as he never know when he is gonna finish work what will be his chances of custody in a good mum I do my best by my kids! I don’t have social involved the school have no concerns about my children any advice would be great?
