Hello can I have a post please

Not baby related but I was hoping you ladies could give me some advise what to do! I have my wedding coming up and I’ve ask my closest best friend to be my chef bridesmaid we have know each other since we we’re 3 been through a lot together but over the last 3 years are close bond has faded then come back and gone again now on to my problem one close friend from school is now my bridesmaid we lost touch after leaving school and we are now back on contact and closer than ever have been for about a year…my chef bridesmaid doesn’t seem all the interested in my wedding whenever I bring it up she acts bored or totally disagrees with what I’m thinking she just doesn’t seem to care but my bridesmaid has been to helpful with everything to do with the wedding and really been there so my question is would it be wrong to ask the girls to switch roles without hurting feelings I just don’t feel my friend is up to the job with help for planing but i don’t want her to fall out or get feelings her thinking I favour my other friend over her! Please help!
