Hello can I have a PP if possible please. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have a doctors appointment early evening tonight & seeing midwife tomorrow. I am 36 weeks pregnant & due to be induced latest 39 weeks due to having gestational diabetes. Since Friday morning I have had diarrhoea, tightenings in my belly & cramps. Lots of pressure. & sickness. The pain when my belly tightens comes and goes. Some times it’s more pressure than pain other times feels like period pain but will eventually go away. This has been happening non stop since Friday.The diarrhoea is basically like water now I contacted my midwife and she said to consult a pharmacy as to whether or not I can take an Imodium for it. I’ve never had it last this long before. & yesterday I lost what I think is my mucus plug (or part of my mucus plug) Could this be early / slow labour? I text my midwife yesterday to see if I need to go in to be checked & she’s yet to reply. ATM I’m not getting regular painful pains, just been random tightenings and cramps on and off. Do I just wait to see if they get worse? Thank you
