Hello can I have a private please

Need some advice
My little boys two I picked him up from nursery and his blanket was in a plastic bag soaked she said he poured anti bac on it (was literally drenched and stunk)and before I could ask anymore questions she rushed of as some child was sick in a car
Would you question it more tomorrow ?
Like how did my child get hold of anti bac
Was he not being supervised ?
What would you lot do?
