Hello can I have a private post please, I’m just wondering how long if any time at all did any of you have off work after a miscarriage? I’ve had 3 weeks off work so far as I miscarried 3 weeks ago and supposed to be going back in next week but I just feel like I can’t face it 😞 feel unmotivated every day and the thought of work actually stresses me out and worries me, I couldn’t stop thinking about it last night worrying because I feel like they’re going to be really mad at me for the time I’ve had off already, thankyou in advance for any advice x

You have been through a hard time, if your employers had an empathy they will appreciate this and support you, you go back when you feel like your ready take care of yourself xx
Go to the doctors explain how you are feeling and get them to sign you off for longer , once you have a doctors note you are covered
