Hello can you do this as a private post

I have had problems with abnormal smears since 2015 and since then.have had 3 lettz to get rid of CIN 3 abnormal cells, I have recently been to the hospital to have a check up.if they have come back and got told by the doctor that I will need to have more children soon as he said my next operation might have to be a hysterectomy. We have been trying for another child since 2014 but have had no luck. Just need some advice as trying an ovulation appand folic acid to see if that will help but what else would help
