Hello, could I get a PPP.

A few months ago my kids Dad assaulted me and was arrested and charged. Our court date for it has been prosponed for the 2nd time the other day till after new year but he has decided to now take me to court for access to our child which has a court date of next week.
He hasnt tried to have any contact with the child until now in 6 months, and when he did he didnt look after her properly at all so HV suggested any contact should be supervised and in a contact centre.

He has bail conditions not to come near me, has anyone been in the same situation and does anyone know if the court can prospone proceedings until the court date for the assault or will it still go ahead even though he has those conditions? Thanks
