Hello, I was wondering if you could put a post for me? Basically iv been with my partner for over 2 years, we have a son and my daughter from a previous relationship, getting married in a few months. Basically we’ve always had this issue of him going out, which is cool we can all have our nights out, however I feel he always takes the piss, staying out till the sun comes up, so iv said to him that I don’t trust him (he’s never cheated, I know for a fact) mostly telling me it’s not a late or heavy night which it always is, I rang him earlier we had a chat and I basically said I won’t contract him until midnight but he has to be back before midnight, I’d have said later but he’s got work tomorrow. Iv been pushed to this point this isn’t something iv decided on a whim this is because I can’t keep getting hurt because of trust issues, I feel really nervous trying to stay positive that he will come back before the agreed time, but I can’t help being really doubtful because of how often I get hurt, I’m not trying to be controlling I’m actually trying my best to be relaxed letting him blow off steam but these rules I feel are needed. I’d feel heartbroken if this fails, I just wanted to know people’s thoughts and needed some support to get me through the next few hours, thank you for reading
