Hello, just wondering if anyone has help or advice about my situation.. I already have a baby who is 1 and I got pregnant again in the June, everything was great and I was over the moon.. went for a 12 week scan to be told the nuchal was just over and was transferred to see a specialist who combined with my bloods was given a 1 in 18 chance for Down syndrome. Opted for the CVS and 2 days later was told my baby had Down syndrome, it totally broke my heart.. now I know a lot of people have different opinions on this.. but for me and my situation myself and my partner decided to terminate the pregnancy (I’m sorry if this offends anybody and it absolutely broke my heart I can assure you, most difficult choice I’ve ever had to make) but what I’m wanting to know really is whether anybody has gone through something similar, know of anybody that has and has gone on to have a heathy pregnancy with a healthy baby? It would really help me as my head is all over the place 😔😔 thanks!
