Hello mums advice, could I have a private post please..
I have a near 3 year old, who due to a DV and sexual violence relationship has never seen his biological “father”.. His not on my childs birth certificate and so far through the courts due to being under investigation but the police has never been allowed any form of contact or parental responsibility. We are now attending family court for a fact finding hearing. After a year of counselling to try and move forward from what my ex put me through I’m now going to have to relive everything. Im currently 8 months pregnant and getting married at the start of the year, my child has always called my partner Daddy, as that’s what he has always chosen. My partner has taken my child as his own, we are both so scared of what will happen at the fact finding hearing. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you x
