Hello please can I have a privet post!

My son is 19 months and has the worst temper I no of a toddler his age, when he wakes up in the morning he is perfect, but as the day goes on he gets worse, it’s over the most silly and little things! He can’t talk but when he wants something he has his own little ways of telling me, when he gets angry he will throw himself on the floor and scream, he will also hit me over and over again, he hits me in the face, he will also do it when we are out over nothing he finds it funny, I tell him no and put him on the naughty step but it’s clearly not working! He has been like this for months and it’s really getting me down to the point I feel like a crap mum, I have recently been diagnosed with PTSD due to a bad relationship, I feel like a failure and all I want to be is a good mummy to him, it’s really taking its toll on me and I feel as if I can’t cope, he hits out to strangers when they try talking to him and it’s embarrassing, he’s my first and I don’t no what else I can do, can any of you help? Any advice will be great!
