Hello, wondering if anyone could help me. My son is 15 months, he’s had these ‘spots’ on him for about a week. I thought they were dry skin. I haven’t changed anything like washing powder or new clothes or anything. But they aren’t spots but aren’t lumps. They don’t have heads and it doesn’t seem to be irritating him or itching or anything. His mood hasn’t changed, he’s just a little more tired if anything. Anyone able to help. Was thinking doctors tomorrow but haven’t got a clue. Picture attached.

Can you reply please, I thought it was last week and I thought it would go down, but it never goes down and been this way for a week. Would it stay that way for that long?
My daughters had this for about 3 wks hers comes up red an angry when she’s hot then down like your pictures it’s heat rash she suffers every yr looks awful and hers spreads and it’s started early this year too she suffers with eczema aswell I put it down to a mixture of heat and her funny skin xx
Might be a heat rash?
