Help please my little one has a really bad nappy rash she is always charged regularly. No cream is working and it’s red raw. She has been ill recently and has runny poos but wast drinking as much as normal. What can I do to help as she is crying in pain and it’s breaking my heart x

My baby was the same, tried everything and took him doctors after 3 days… turned out he had thrush! I didn’t even know babies got that and he’s my 7th 😳 after using this for 2 days the rawness has cleared up.
I normally lather in Sudocrem and I mean lather it on and eveytime little ones bum the next day it’s almost back to normal xx
Definitely egg whites…it works wonders just mix it up and either brush it on or use your fingers to smooth it on ….it really works good luck
Have you tried weleda calendula cream, amazing stuff, also maybe change the brand of nappies you use?
Metanium defo works dries it out so it heals fast get it from pharmacy..xx
Have you tried e45 nappy cream it’s the only one that has worked for my little girl x

My sons bum was awful at the weekend and is remarkably improved today.
I use metanium, vasaline and brpantham all work but also don’t give her orange drinks as thst can cause it too sting xx
I tried every cream going non of them worked until I tried child farm. It’s from boots and it’s amazing. I’ve changed everything to that range x
I use coconut oil but when its bad lots of nappy free time, no bath products and yellow metanium cream 🙂
Use plain water, Wet wipes are harsh, try leaving nappy off tonight, it needs air.
I use Vaseline and it works a treat for my lb x

May be a yeast infection babies get those
Yellow parafin good x
Egg white will help x

The White of a raw egg is great x
Bepantham is fab too
