Hey, can I get a private post with the pictures attached please..

My little one is 4 & has had bouts of bad eczema, she sees a dermatologist. Anyway – I’ve never ever seen anything like this before & not sure if any other mums know what it is? It’s not like her usual eczema rashes/breakouts. They started just clear fluid looking small bumps – almost wart like.. the doctor saw them like this on Friday & didn’t seem overly concerned about it. They have since turned red with a white head and spreading down her chest and around her one nipple on that side! I’ve not changed anything, shampoo/soap etc so no idea what it is! Anyone ever seen this before? – also she said it’s not itchy. She’s been well within herself but has had a nasty cough for the last 6 weeks – we are waiting for an app with ENT for her to have her tonsils removed but other than that she has been fine.
