Hey, can I have a private post please? Basically a lady moved in to the house next door the same time as us (4 months ago) Since then I’ve heard nothing but screaming and shouting. One time me and my partner were woke up at 3am because of her and her partner having a huge argument. I’ve seen a child sat in a bedroom window, but I’ve never actually seen her take them out. She has a dog, which I’ve never seen walked, instead it’s shoved into the garden a few times a day. The garden is a utter disgrace, dog poo, rubbish and very overgrown. Poor thing gets screamed at if it doesn’t come in. I’ve tried being friendly with the lady but to no avail. What else would people recommend?
