Hey can I have a private post please

Just looking for some advice on how to explain to my partner I need more help with the kids.
I have twins who are amazing kids but every child has tantrums and doesn’t listen at times.. They are going through terrible 2s just now and I’m finding it tough to discipline. He says he works 4 days a week so he shouldn’t have to run about after them. I love being a mum just Some days I’m just mentally drained and want a wee 5 minutes for him to even bath them but it’s a moan. When I say to him about him doing nothing he says I’m calling him a rubbish dad the way his family does.

How can I say it to him without saying he’s a rubbish dad and starting an argument 👎 sorry for the rant just at my wits end
