Hey can I have a private post please. So I received a letter today saying I got sacked under misconduct which in my contract states I needed a written warning then a final written warning before actually loosing my job. I have called ACAS and they have taken on the case. But I’m just curious will I actually stand a winning chance here being pregnant and being pregnant 4 weeks from applying for mat pay. And NOT receiving any written warnings? Thanks xxx

Gross misconduct is one of the worst things to happen with a job. My ex partner never had a warning or anything and ended up being demoted and losing his job a month later after the review anyway! They can sack you on the spot for it also! But obviously I have no idea who you work for or what you done so I can’t really advice about the winning side of it x
