Hey could I have another pp. Can I have some advice before I make a decision I try my best to keep this short. My sons dad is on the birth certificate but I want to remove all his parental rights but if I do will that then mean he wont have to pay csa. He dosent pay at the moment he stopped because he didnt get his way at court. Im in the process of going through csa. At court he was given contact via a contact center. But he is ignoring my solicitors letters and phone calls the arrange drugs and alcohol test aswell as returning last of mine and my childrens stuff and she is trying to sort out the contact with him but with him ignoring all this hes going against what the court has ordered I want to protect my children so I want to remove all his rights but I could do with the extra support in csa as he kicked me and the kids out with nothing and im having to start from scratch
