Hey hun, can I have a private post please. Not baby related. Basically I went through a terrible break up 6 months ago. My ex strung me along for months when in reality he has long moved on, he was basically just keeping me as a back up plan. He started seeing someone else behind my back, but wanted to keep me in case it doesn’t work out with the new girl. I just can’t get over the fact that he deceived me in such a cruel way. He gave me false hope and I trusted him. I loved him. I cry most of the time. It’s still hurts so much. I also have depression and my depression got worse because of what has happened. How have you dealt with terrible breakups ? I am hoping to get some advice from mum’s who have been there.
