Hey, I was wondering if you’d do me a private post please? Does anyone suffer with anxiety? I have no idea of the symptoms but I’m pretty sure I’m starting to get them and I have no idea how to deal with it. I feel extremely weak, faint, tired and sick all of the time. I barely sleep and when I do I wake up absolutely dripping in sweat and really short of breath. (sorry that’s a bit grim I know). Just looking for advice, thank you x

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks i get short of breath , hot flushes to the point im stripping , i tend to have anxiety when something on my mind etc hoping for good results at the hospital then i start to panic which causes me to have flushes etc x x
