Hey ladies would you be so kind to pop this up? What can I take or do to ease congestion, I’m full of a cold, 26 weeks pregnant, I’m an aching sneezing snotty mess. The cough is horrendous. I’ve taken Paracetamol only when it’s severe and really hurting to move for the last 3 days, it started Saturday. If I sniff I get a bad pain in the back of my head 🙁 I know lemsip is a no no but its my sinuses that’s breaking my spirit, help! Xx
